BattleLore Lore Cards Compendium (Last Update: April ’08)
by Gerald Uitz
The online Lore Cards Compendium by DoW is an extremely helpful resource for clarification and elaboration of the Lore cards rules, but many players have expressed the wish that it was available in a downloadable PDF format.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of Austrian BattleLore fan Gerald Uitz (with a touch of graphic help from your webmaster Universal Head), The Lore Cards Compendium is now available for download.
The documents contain five sections, each with its own pagination. Section 1 contains the introduction and index with roman page numbers. Sections 2-5 are reserved for the 4 Lore Masters. They are designed as individual sub documents, each with a separate page count. Each page number contains the lore card ID and a page counter in the format x.y. So, the Rogues Deja Vu would have page number 3.1. If there is more one page under that card, the next page would be 3.2. This means that for each new revision you need only print and replace the revised index and pages with new entries without messing up the overall document structure.
Gerald keeps this document regularly up to date. Many thanks go to him for this excellent resource!

BattleLore Adventure Army Lists
by Universal Head
Here’s a handy little Excel spreadsheet I whipped up to keep track of how many and which type of units are used in each scenario, so I could paint units in the most efficient order possible. The spreadsheet lists the number used of each type of unit in every official scenario published: the first ten from the core game, the first batch of six published online, and the recently published five Epic games. Download it now.
BattleLore Fan/Demo Posters
by Universal Head
Planning in-store demos of BattleLore? Setting up a BattleLore club at school or work? Or maybe you just want to let your friends know when the next game is on? These BattleLore Fan Posters have been designed for you.
Available in a variety of sizes and with a space where you can write in the time of your next game in thick black marker. Note that since printers vary so much in their margin settings, the posters have been designed with artwork right to the edge. Use the Fit to Paper setting in your Print dialog box for best results, then trim.
Now get out there and organise a game!
